时限下午：13：30至16：00（此为**长时限）半天
2.报关时用护照，居留证，就业证原件及复印件，加盖外商公司的报关，报检委托书，本人不用到场。
时限：2天
3.报关后，用护照原件到海关领取关封，本人不用到场。
时限：1天
4.车辆上牌时用（护照，居留证，就业证）原件，本人不用到场。
时限：1天
5.一年后，解除海关监管，用（护照，居留证，就业证）原件，本人不用到场
时限：3天
6.车辆过户需本人持（护照，居留证，就业证）原件亲自到场。
