关于个人（外籍人士）进口汽车的相关规定：
海关总署令第116号（中华人民共和国海关对非居民长期旅客进出境自用物品监管办法）
非居民长期旅客进出境自用物品应当以个人自用、合理数量为限。其中，常驻人员可以进境机辆，每人限1辆，其他非居民长期旅客不得进境机辆。

A person (foreigners) the relevant provisions of imported cars:
The General Administration of Customs (Order No. 116th of People's Republic of China customs of non resident permanent passengers inbound and outbound articles regulatory measures)
For non residents, long-term passengers entering and leaving the country, articles for personal use shall be limited to their own personal use and reasonable quantity. Among them, the resident personnel can enter the aircraft vehicle, each limited to 1 vehicles, other non residents, long-term passengers may not enter the aircraft.
关于外商自带车进口通关
私人进口二手汽车需要提供：
1、《进出境自用物品申请表》一式五联盖货主工作单位公章并货主签名；
2、货主工作单位的《外国（地区）企业常驻代表机构登记证》复印件1份，核正本（工商部门出证）；
3、个人护照复印件1份，核正本(有效居留一年以上)
4、《外国人就业证》复印件1份，核正本
5、《外国（地区）常驻代表机构工作证》复印件1份，核正本
6、中国住处买房或租房合同复印件1份
7、公司聘用书1份
9、货物清单（品牌型号，制造年份，车身号，引擎号，排汽量，颜色，左右方向盘？原产国，行驶公里数。）
10、正本提单1份及复印件2份，代理报关委托书2份（货主签名） ，代理报检委托书1份
11、私人汽车进口要征税，税率根据排汽量所属于的编码来定的
